Choose Your Journey | BHLISS Journey Experience for Events
We offer 22-minute BHLISS Journeys at $44 per session. Guests choose from three unique journeys.
Nervous System Regulation helps shift the body from a chronic stress state (sympathetic) to a calm state (parasympathetic) through techniques that manage stress and enhance emotional resilience.
Key methods include:
• Breathing Techniques: Slow, diaphragmatic breathing activate the vagus nerve.
• Physical Movement: Activities like yoga, walking, or dancing to release tension.
• Mindfulness & Grounding: Meditation and techniques like “FLARE” (Feel, Label, Allow, Respond, Expand) to remain present.
• Vagus Nerve Stimulation: Activities such as singing, humming, or cold water exposure to promote relaxation.

What to expect
Guests select their journey and set an intention. At this time, two appointments are scheduled:
1. The BHLISS Journey
2. A follow-up BHLISS Decompression Session (in-person or on phone)

Each guest is supported by a trained BHLISS Guider. The session includes light somatic touch, incorporating shiatsu rocking and compression techniques designed to mimic the feeling of being held and supported.

Guests are invited to relax in the integration lounge. Offerings include tea, a reflection space with paper and pen, and access to the BHLISS - Lara Moon Jewelry bar.

The follow-up session focuses on extending the BHLISS state. Guidance may include:
• Simple daily grounding and nervous system reset practices
• Breathwork or short meditation techniques
• Light movement or self-massage routines
• Use of the Vibraphone app for continued frequency support
• Options for at-home BHLISS experiences, including getting vibe bed of your own.
